PNC Center is an outstanding, Class A office building located at the “center of it all” in Downtown Indianapolis.  PNC Center is located at 101 W. Washington Street (East Tower) and 115 W. Washington Street (South Tower).  The building features two towers, sixteen stories each and an open sixteen story atrium connected to the Hyatt Regency hotel.  The 636,550 square foot building was constructed in 1977 and is owned and managed by Hertz Investment Group (HIG).  HIG is a private equity real estate firm that owns and operates an institutional-quality portfolio of assets throughout the US.

PNC Center provides first class amenities to its tenants and covered access to Circle Centre Mall, Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis State Capitol, Indiana Government Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, 6 hotels and 54 restaurants.  Additionally, PNC Center is connected to the Hyatt Regency hotel which features a fitness center, pool and additional conference center at rates to be determined by the hotel.  PNC Center is also attached to over 2,500 covered parking spaces for your convenience.
